AC Installation Dubai — Split, Central & Ducted Systems, Installed Right the First Time
Correct sizing, certified mounting, and full performance testing — not just a unit on a wall. We install split, central, ducted, window, cassette and VRF air conditioning for homes, villas and offices across Dubai.
An AC unit is only as good as its installation
Most early AC failures in Dubai trace back to installation, not the unit itself. An oversized unit cools fast but never runs long enough to remove humidity. An undersized unit runs constantly and still can’t keep up. Poor mounting causes vibration and noise. Incorrect refrigerant charging shortens compressor life and raises your DEWA bill from day one.
Getting it right the first time means lower running costs, fewer breakdowns, and a unit that actually reaches its expected lifespan instead of needing early repairs.
Types of AC Installation We Handle
Split AC
The most common setup for bedrooms, living rooms and small offices — one indoor unit, one outdoor condenser.
Central / Ducted
Balanced cooling across multiple rooms in villas and larger apartments from a single system.
Window AC
A practical option for smaller spaces or where ducting isn’t possible, with secure mounting and sealing.
Cassette AC
Ceiling-mounted units for offices and shops where a discreet look and even airflow both matter.
VRF / VRV
Multiple indoor units from a shared outdoor system, for larger villas, offices and commercial buildings.

New Installation or Repair?
Not every cooling problem means you need a new unit. Here’s a general guide.
Repair is usually the better choice if…
- Your AC is under 7 years old
- The issue is isolated — a refrigerant leak, a faulty capacitor, a dirty coil
- You’ve had no major repairs on this unit before
New installation makes more sense if…
- Your unit is 10+ years old or uses an outdated refrigerant such as R-22
- You’re facing frequent repairs that are starting to add up
- You’re moving into a property with no AC, or converting a space that’s never been cooled
Not sure which applies to you? Send us a photo or description of your current setup on WhatsApp and we’ll advise honestly — including telling you when a repair is the better option.
Why We Quote After a Site Visit, Not a Flat Online Price
Installation cost depends on factors a price list can’t capture — unit size, ductwork, electrical setup and building access. We’d rather give you an accurate number than a low headline price that changes once a technician arrives. What affects your cost:
- Unit type and cooling capacity (tonnage)
- Split vs central/ducted vs cassette installation
- Existing ductwork, wiring, or drainage that needs adjustment
- Building access and floor level
- Old unit removal and disposal, if needed

AC Installation Dubai — Frequently Asked Questions
How much does AC installation cost in Dubai?
Cost depends on the unit type, capacity and installation complexity. We provide a free site visit and a written quote before any work begins rather than a flat online price, since central and ducted systems in particular vary by property layout.
How do I know what size AC unit I need?
The right size depends on room dimensions, ceiling height, insulation and window exposure — not just square footage. Our technicians calculate this during the free site visit rather than relying on a generic size chart.
How long does AC installation take?
A standard split AC installation usually takes two to four hours. Central or ducted systems take longer depending on ductwork and the number of indoor units; we’ll give you a time estimate during the site visit.
Can you remove and dispose of my old AC unit?
Yes, safe removal and disposal of your old unit, including refrigerant recovery, can be included as part of the installation booking.
Do you install all AC brands?
Yes, our technicians are trained to install all major brands available in the UAE market. If you have a preferred brand, let us know during booking; if not, we can recommend options based on your budget and cooling needs.
Is there a warranty on installation work?
Yes. Installation workmanship is covered under our service warranty, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit itself. Your technician will confirm the exact warranty terms in your quotation.
What’s the difference between split and central AC installation?
Split AC cools a single room or zone with one indoor and one outdoor unit, and is faster and less expensive to install. Central or ducted AC cools multiple rooms through a shared duct system, which costs more upfront but can be more efficient for larger properties.
Do I need approval from my building or landlord to install a new AC unit?
In many Dubai buildings, especially apartments, installing or replacing an outdoor condenser unit requires approval from building management or the landlord, particularly for ducted or central systems. We recommend confirming this before booking; we’re happy to provide technical specifications if your building management requires them.
How soon can you schedule an installation?
We offer same-week scheduling for most residential installations in Dubai, and can prioritize urgent replacement jobs where an existing unit has failed completely.
